The EWA BLS KK: Integrative and Bio-Regenerative Medicine was held at EWA Auditorium, Kota Kinabalu (Sabah – Malaysia) on the 7th November 2024. Metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions including obesity, hypertension, and insulin resistance, impacts nearly 25% of adults globally, driving up morbidity rates and associated healthcare costs. Collectively, these conditions cost trillions of dollars annually in direct medical expenses and productivity losses.
By integrating conventional medicine therapies with complementary solutions, integrative medicine offers a patient-centered approach, addressing not only the physical but also the mental and emotional dimensions of these global health key factors.
